Delivery Policy
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as traffic, weather, or recipient availability. Konbit Flowers is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are not guaranteed once preparation has begun. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
